For an off-campus pass, parent/guardian must call 1 HOUR prior to having the student released. The call must be for same day release.
Please note that if release time is during the passing period, break or lunch, a pass will not be delivered to class. Students must come down to the attendance window to pick up pass and sign out.
ALL STUDENTS MUST SIGN OUT BEFORE LEAVING CAMPUS.
Parents/Guardians may NOT call or walk up to the Attendance window AFTER 2:50 PM to request an early release.
FINALS WEEK:
WE DO NOT DELIVER OFFICE CAMPUS PASSES TO CLASS DURING FINALS.
In an effort to not interrupt any final exams, please try to refrain from pulling your student out of school during finals. We know that there may be a situation in which you must pick up your child early. If so, please call our office early enough so that your student can pick up their pass prior to class beginning, or during the nutrition break which begins at 10:35 a.m.
