Renewing a Club
Step 1: Club Advisor
- A MHHS Staff Advisor is required to have an official MHHS Club. Outside organizations are NOT able to visit campus to run or host club meetings if there is not a Staff Advisor present.
- If you are looking for an advisor I suggest you ask your current and past teachers to see if they are interested.
Step 2: Club Applications
- If you are interested in starting a club you must complete the Club Application Form.
- You'll receive an email if the club is approved and can move to step 3.
Step 3: Club Slideshow
- We ask that each president edit a slide on the MHHS Club Slideshow so students are able to access club information yearlong.
Step 4: Club Constitution
- You must complete a Club Constitution and turn in a printed and SIGNED copy to the ASB Room.
Step 5: Club Advertising
- ASB plants to help advertise your clubs on Instagram. If you want to be spotlighted please DM @missionhillsasb.
- The ASB Publicity team will be offering 1 poster a month with your Club Name, Meeting Location/Time that will be posted around campus. This poster service would need to be requested by using this form. MHHS ASB Poster Request Form.
- If you would like to post a flier on campus you will need to get their flier approved from the ASB Director. To do so you will email the flier to [email protected].
Ongoing l Attend Club Presidents Meeting
- Club presidents are required to attend meetings a few times a year to stay updated on club news and update information with ASB.
