Dear Families and Community Members,

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a top-quality environment for student learning, we are continuing construction projects to improve our school.  Part of these improvements includes revising traffic flow into and out of the student parking lot while construction takes place beginning Monday, September 15, 2025. Some of the revisions may become permanent in the near future. These improvements are designed to increase safety, efficiency, and accessibility for our students and families.

During this project, please note the following important changes:

• Dedicated Entrance: The southeast side of the student parking lot will now serve as an “ENTRANCE ONLY” access point. 
  
  

• Narrowed Lane: Temporary fencing at the “ENTRANCE ONLY” access point will narrow this entrance to a single lane. Please use caution and allow extra time for entry into the student parking lot. 
  
  

• Sidewalk Closure: The eastern sidewalk located by the softball field in the “ENTRANCE ONLY” access point will be temporarily closed. Students should use the western sidewalk running parallel to the stadium for safe passage.  Students/pedestrians will be required to cross with caution over the marked crosswalk only.  Student walkers and bicycle users are NOT permitted to ride through the student parking lot.  Bike users will be instructed to walk their bikes safely with pedestrian traffic up the identified sidewalk near the stadium to ensure walkers and bicycle users remain safe. 

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete these important upgrades. These short-term adjustments will help us continue providing a safe, well-organized campus that supports student learning.
