Registration // 2025-2026 School Year

Registration is for ALL Mission Hills students. Residency Verification and Emergency Contact Information is ONLINE ONLY on ParentVUE and must be completed before our Registration event.

 

 

PART 1: ONLINE
Please visit the SMUSD website to complete your Online Registration / Residency Verification. Everything is completely online for this step, so you will NOT need to bring any forms to campus during Part 2. In order to receive your class list and textbooks, online registration MUST be completed before you arrive. If you have difficulty with Part 1, please let us know prior to your arrival.

PART 2: ON CAMPUS
August 7th 8 am - 1 pm (Gates close at 12pm) // Incoming Seniors and Freshmen* 
August 8th 8 am - 1 pm (Gates close at 12pm) // Sophomores and Juniors

Want to skip the line at Finance and make your purchases online? Visit the Grizzly Webstore after August 1st!
Make Up Picture Day is TBD. ID cards will be distributed at that time.

*If an incoming 8th grader needs a chromebook for summer use, please visit the textbook office between 9-2 p.m. before TBD.
** You must have already attended a Start Smart class through the CHP in order to qualify for a parking pass. Information about Start Smart classes will be shared soon.

WHAT TO EXPECT: 

  • Class List Distribution
  • Textbook Distribution
  • School Pictures and ID Card Distribution
  • Chromebook pick up (if applicable)
  • ASB Card and Yearbook purchases
  • P.E. clothes purchase and distribution
  • For SENIORS: submit a parking permit application.**
  • For other classes: pick up a parking permit application (turn in starting 8/8)**
  • ENLACES, PTO and ELAC
  • Link Crew
  • Campus Connection
  •  Health Office information and Vision Screening
  • Lost and found booth. Please ensure you pick up any lost or found items by August 20th. After this date, any items left will be donated to San Diego Executive Lions Club.

Registration // Make Up Information

August 11th -13th 

Monday - Wednesday 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. + 12:45 p.m. - 3 p.m. 

The office will be closed for lunch.

If you missed registration please follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to the AP Office to verify Online Registration (OLR) and to pick up your class list

Please note, if you have completed your student’s OLR and your application is “pending” your registration has been received and is pending review by MHHS staff.  Once your OLR is processed you will receive notification. If you have not started, then please log into ParentVue online to begin.

  1. Take the class list to the Textbook Window for book pickup
  2. Finance Office and Purchasing
  • You can buy all items on the Online Webstore, otherwise visit us in-person at the Finance Window.
  • You can purchase P.E. clothes and/or PE locks by visiting the webstore. 
  • If you purchase an ASB sticker, you’ll get it on your ID card after you take your picture.
  • Need a parking permit?  Please stop by the Finance Office and pick up a parking permit application and then return it back to Finance. Students must attend a Start Smart class in order to qualify for a pass. Please sign up for the Start Smart class as soon as it’s available.
  • Any items that need to be purchased can be done in person at the Finance window or on the website, under the parent tab in the Grizzly Web Store.
