Registration 2025-2026 School Year

Attention: Registration is for ALL Mission Hills students. Residency Verification and Emergency Contact Information must be completed online through ParentVUE prior to attending the On Campus Registration event. If your child is a new student to the San Marcos District, please visit our district website to enroll.

Residency Verification Tutorial

 

Tutorial de Verificacion de Residencia en ParentVUE

  • Please visit the SMUSD website to complete your Online Registration / Residency Verification. This step is entirely online, so you DO NOT need to bring any paperwork to campus for Part 2.

    Important: Online Registration/ Residency Verification MUST be completed in order to receive your class schdule and textbooks. If you encounter any issues with Part 1, please contact us before your scheduled registration date. 

     

    Step 1: Login to ParentVUE

    Step 2: Click on Online Registration 

    Step 3: Click on Residency Verification 

    Step 4: Review and update your profile, upload your two residency documents & submit

    Step 5: Take a screenshot of your complete verification and have it ready for the on-campus registration at check-in (You can find it under Status)

  • Registration Part 2 

    August 7th 8 am - 1 pm (Gates close at 12pm) // Incoming Seniors and Freshmen
    August 8th 8 am - 1 pm
    (Gates close at 12pm) // Sophomores and Juniors

    WHAT TO EXPECT: 

    • Class List Distribution
    • Textbook Distribution
    • School Pictures and ID Card Distribution
    • Chromebook pick up (if applicable)
    • ASB Card and Yearbook purchases (ASB sticker is $50 & Yearbook is $25 off – Registration Days ONLY)
    • P.E. clothes purchase and distribution
    • For SENIORS: Complete MHHS Parking Policy Agreement 
    • PTO and ELAC Info 
    • Link Crew
    • Campus Connection e.g. PSAT, AP, Link Crew, Yearbook, etc.

     

     

  • August 11-13th

    Monday - Wednesday 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. 12:45 p.m. - 3 p.m. 

    The office will be closed for lunch

    If you missed registration please follow the steps below: 

    1. Go to the AP Office to verify Online Registration (OLR) and to pick up your class list

    Please note, if you have completed your student’s OLR and your application is “pending” your registration has been received and is pending review by MHHS staff.  Once your OLR is processed you will receive notification. If you have not started, then please log into ParentVue online to begin.

    1. Take the class list to the Textbook Window for book pickup
    2. Finance Office and Purchasing
    • You can buy all items on the Web store, otherwise visit us in-person at the Finance Window.
    • You can purchase P.E. clothes and/or PE locks by visiting the webstore. 
    • Need a parking permit? Make sure to complete the MHHS Parking Policy Form. In addition, student must attend a Start Smart class in order to qualify for a parking permit.
    • Any items that need to be purchased can be done in person at the Finance window or on the website, under the parent tab in the Grizzly Web Store.

           3. Makeup picture day is Friday, August 22nd
