The State of California requires all 9-12 grade students receive the California Health curriculum.  To meet this requirement, the CA Health Education content will be part of physical education through online modules.  These modules can be completed throughout the semester and students will move through each module at their own pace of learning. These online modules will account for 10% of the student’s general physical education grade. 

The online health modules are broken down into 4 units. 

• Unit 1- Nutrition and Physical Activity
• Unit 2- Personal and Community Health
• Unit 3- Skills for Healthy relationships
• Unit 4- Mental and Emotional Health; Alcohol, Tobacco, and other Drugs
