Work Permit Procedures

  1. Once you've been hired and accepted the position, print out the work permit application
  2. Get the application signed by your supervisor and a parent/guardian
  3. Complete the Work Permit Request form
  4. Email a photo of your application to

SUMMER WORK PERMITS:  MHHS is closed from July 1 - 30th.  If you need a work permit processed, please email a photo of your application to in the District Office.
