Welcome to Mission Hills High School!
We are so excited to welcome you to our school community as you begin this new and exciting chapter! We have several important events coming up to help you and your family feel prepared and supported as you start high school:
Freshman Orientation
When: Tuesday, August 12
Time: Check-in at 7:45 AM | Program begins promptly at 8:00 AM-11:30 AM
Who: All 9th Grade Students
Where: Grizzly Pavillion/Gym
This is a scheduled program, not an open house—please plan to attend the full session. You’ll get to meet staff, connect with classmates, get a head start on high school success and more!
Grizzly 101 (Parent Orientation)
When: Tuesday, August 12
Time: 8:15 AM- 9:15AM
Who: New families/ 9th grade parents
Where: English presentation (Redwood Hall) Presentacion en Espanol (Biblioteca)
Held concurrently with student orientation, this session is designed to help families learn about school expectations, supports, and how to stay involved throughout the year.
Meet & Greet + Resource Fair
Immediately following Parent Orientation
When: Tuesday, August 12
Time: 9:15 AM
Who: New families/ 9th grade parents
Where: Amphitheater
