We are pleased to announce that FREE COVID-19 and Flu shots will be offered to all MHHS students on Thursday, December 11th, from 3:30–5:00 PM in partnership with TrueCare.

Important Information:

• All families must bring the attached form, completed and signed by a parent or guardian.

• A parent or guardian must be present for the vaccination.

• No appointment is required, walk-ups 

• This opportunity is available to all MHHS students.

Please fill out the attached form and bring it with you to ensure your student can receive their vaccination.

*Location will be the student parking lot*
