Important: First Day Student Schedule Updates & Info

Dear Students and Families,

As we begin the school year tomorrow, we want to remind everyone that student schedules may continue to change throughout the morning as counselors work to balance classes and make necessary adjustments.

Please keep the following in mind:

• Check Student VUE throughout the morning. Your schedule may have changed since you last viewed it.
• Report to the classroom listed in Student VUE for each period. Please make sure you are checking your current schedule before heading to class.
• Follow the schedule as it appears in Student VUE until your counselor makes a change. If you have submitted a schedule change request, please continue attending the classes currently listed in Student VUE until you are notified of an approved change.
• Some requested schedule changes may not be possible due to class sizes and availability.

We appreciate everyone's patience and flexibility as we work through the final schedule adjustments. Our counselors and staff are working hard to get students into the most appropriate schedules as quickly as possible.

SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUEST TIMELINE:

• The deadline to request a schedule change is Friday, August 28th at 3:30 pm.

• The deadline to schedule a Level Placement change from AP/Honor to College prep is Friday, September 4th at 3:30 pm.
