Important Information & Guidelines for the Upcoming Graduation Ceremony

Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we prepare to celebrate our upcoming graduation ceremony on June 11, 2026, we want to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for all graduates and guests. Please review the following key reminders and stadium guidelines:
Ceremony Details:
- Date & Time: June 11, 2026, at 6:00 PM
- Graduate Check-In: 4:00 PM in the Gymnasium
- Gates Open for Guests: 4:00 PM (Tickets are required for all attendees aged 3 and older)
- For Graduates: Students are permitted to have a wallet/ID, keys, lip balm, and approved cords and stoles. Please note that cell phones are strictly prohibited for graduates during the ceremony, as are unapproved decorations or alterations on caps and gowns.
- For Guests & Stadium Entry: All bags are subject to search upon entry. Noise makers, balloons, outside food or drinks, smoking, and vaping are strictly banned inside the stadium. Umbrellas may be used prior to the event but must be taken down once the ceremony begins.
- Parking: Available at MH Church, Hollandia Park, and the student lot. Shuttle services will be operating to assist guests for Mission Hills Church only. Handicap parking will be available in the student lot, spaces are limited. Graduates are to park in the back lot off of Richland Rd.
- Diploma Pick-Up: Diplomas will not be mailed. Students must bring a student ID to pick up their diploma at the Attendance Office on Friday, June 12 (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM) or at the Counseling Office on Monday, June 15.
