COVID Testing June 3rd & 4th: 8:30am to 11am in library.
Show Vaccination Card (Completed w/date before May 22nd)
to Health, Attendance, or AP Office
In order to attend this event you must
- Read and return this sheet signed by you and your parent/guardian
- If a student is not fully vaccinated, then a COVID test will need to be verified in order to enter the Gala. Sign Up for COVID Test.
Student Expectations:

Tickets may not be transferred to any other person.

Each student must present a Student ID at the door

Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of extreme hardship or with a positive COVID test. Tickets are not refundable if a student is removed due to behavior issues.

No student will be admitted after 8:30 p.m.

Students will behave in an appropriate manner in compliance with all school rules at all times.

Students will not be permitted to bring in outside food or beverage, in any type of container.

There will be absolutely no possession or use of alcohol or any type of drug before or at a school event.

Any student caught using or under the influence or in possession may be suspended (this is school district policy), and may not be able to participate in any school activities during the time he/she is suspended, which may include graduation. Additionally, the student may be subject to arrest. If this is the student’s second alcohol/drug offense he/she will be recommended for expulsion. Parents/guardians will be called and required to come pick up their student.

Each student’s parent/guardian and the student must sign this contract and turn it in at the time that the student purchases his/her ticket.

Mission Hills High School is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Once a student has left the event, they will not be permitted to leave and enter again and Mission Hills High School is no longer responsible for supervising them or their actions. Students must leave the event site within 30 minutes of the end of the Gala.
