First time parking permit applicants are required to complete a Start Smart course in order to obtain a parking permit. Your parent or guardian is required to attend the Start Smart course with you. Upon verification of attendance and completion of a Start Smart course, you will receive a certificate. If you previously completed a Start Smart course, you do not need to retake the course, but you DO need to reapply for a parking permit at the beginning of each school year. Students do not need to already have their license in order to attend a Start Smart course. See flier(s) below for further details.
